After hours service or emergency service is only guaranteed to properties with an ACTIVE Service Agreement.

Hourly Rates:
Monday - Friday 8 AM -5 PM $150/Hour
Monday - Friday 5 PM-8 AM $250/Hour 
Saturday - Sunday $400/Hour

Holidays $400/Hour

*2 Hour minimum charge applies to ALL service requests.  

* Service requests marked as high priority will be moved to the top of the cue, however, each will be charged at the premium rate of $250/Hour M-F and $400/Hour weekends and holidays. Minimum hourly fees apply.

*Response times for service requests made from non-contract properties will be handled as scheduling permits.

 Service response times are only guaranteed for properties with an ACTIVE service agreement. Warranty requests will be handled per the construction agreement. If your property is not listed, please enter the property name in the appropriate field. A service coordinator will contact you to confirm the details and provide a quotation for service.



When high priority is selected, our technicians will attempt to resolve the matter with the utmost urgency.  If the request is received after hours after hours rates will apply
