Please ensure that you have reviewed all training material and tutorial guides prior to submitting a service request. Failure to do so will result in time and material charges to your firm.

How It Works
1. Submit the Form
Please complete the form below providing as much detail as possible. Include pictures, videos and documents as necessary. Detailed information helps resolve the issue faster and saves cost for the property.
2. Triage and Repair
TPS will contact the property and begin the repair per the terms and conditions below. Communication is key. If there are action items for the staff it is important to respond in a timely manner to resolve the issue as fast as possible. If additional on site work is required, a quote will be provided.
3. Resolve and Report
Along with each invoice TPS will provide a detailed report of the issue and repair steps taken for your records. This will help create a database of issues so repairs are tracked appropriately, and the property can take the necessary steps to resolve the issue internally if the same issue should arise in the future.

Please note that our rates have changed.
After 10 years without an increase, rising technology costs across all platforms have made it necessary for us to pass on a portion of these expenses to our customers. We have worked hard to avoid this for as long as possible. While we understand this may impact your business, please know we have made every effort to explore other options in this space. Unfortunately, in order to provide the level of support you require these platforms and costs are necessary. We do offer an alternative pricing structure with our Virtual Technician to mitigate the costs to your property. We can also can offer discounted contract rates for 40 hours of service or more.
Hourly Rates:
Monday - Friday 8 AM -5 PM $225/Hour
Monday - Thursday 5 PM-8 AM $350/Hour
Friday After 5pm, Saturday - Sunday $550/Hour
Holidays $550/Hour
*2 Hour minimum charge applies to ALL service requests.
* Service requests marked as high priority will be moved to the top of the queue, however, each will be charged at the premium rate of $350/Hour M-F and $550/Hour weekends and holidays. Minimum hourly fees apply.
*Response times for service requests made from non-contract properties will be handled as scheduling permits.
Service requests are automatically closed after 5 business days. If the property does not respond in that time, a new service request will be required.
Service response times are only guaranteed for properties with an ACTIVE service agreement. Warranty requests will be handled per the construction agreement. If your property is not listed, please enter the property name in the appropriate field. A service coordinator will contact you to confirm the details and provide a quotation for service.
